A case was raised on signs of violation of the antimonopoly legislation

State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy, continues to investigate cases of unfair competition.

During the investigation of the information received from the General Customs Department of Energy Resources and Maritime Transport of the State Customs Committee, the natural person Farzaliyev Tahir Taval oglu imported engine oils produced in Turkey and presented them to consumers as made in Japan, as well as the origin of the packaging of the products produced in the Islamic Republic of Iran and imported to our country contains distorted information about the country of origin and thus signs of unfair competition were discovered.

As a result of the investigation, a case was raised against the physical person Farzaliyev Tahir Taval oglu on signs of violation of the antimonopoly legislation. Legal measures will be taken depending on the outcome of the case review.
