The State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy held another seminar for the purpose of educating and informing the parties involved in public procurement. The employees of the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance, the Union of Medical Territorial Units Management (TABIB) and the state medical institutions subordinated to TABIB participated in the training.
Head of the State Service Mammad Abbasbeyli, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency Zaur Aliyev and Acting Chairman of the Board of TABIB Vugar Gurbanov spoke at the event.
In the interactive training on the topic "Organization of public procurement: ensuring competitiveness and efficiency", information was provided on the planning, organization and methods of public procurement, requirements for bidders' qualifications, evaluation and comparison of tender offers. At the same time, the participants of the event exchanged views on the results of the purchase, concluding and managing the purchase contract.
At the end, the questions of the participants were answered.
