The State Service Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy takes regular measures related to the investigation of appeals in order to prevent cases of illegal use of trademarks.
During the examination of the received application, the signs of unfair competition were identified with the illegal use of the "OASIS" trademark belonging to Hasanova Zulfiyya by individual Karimov Alizade in the restaurant located at Gulbala Aliyev House 24, Sabail District, Baku. In this regard, a case was filed against the individual A. Karimov on the signs of violation of the antimonopoly legislation.
As a result of the consideration of the case by the State Service, the individual A. Karimov was instructed not to allow the illegal use of the "OASIS" trademark.
