The State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy appealed to the Prosecutor General’s Office regarding serious violations of the law in state procurement. While analyzing the final protocols received from the Material and Technical Supply Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, it was determined that the documents submitted on behalf of some state bodies and financial institutions for participation in open tenders held through electronic procurement were falsified.

Thus, belonging to "Standard TT 2022" LLC, "Business Connection" LLC and "Furniture Art" LLC, which participated in the open tender procedures for the purchase of various attributes and computing equipment, equipment and heating and cooling systems repair works and technical service bank statements and other documents were tampered with and uploaded to the single internet portal of public procurement.
