The decision on” ABC-TELECOM " LLC was made
As we informed, in order to prevent violations of antimonopoly legislation in the market of mobile phone devices, the case was raised on violation of antimonopoly legislation against “ABC-TELECOM” LLC (functioning under the trademark of “Kontakt home”) for not submitting documents and information required to the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy.
The documents and information required, were submitted by the LLC to the commission. The case was terminated taking into account that “ABC-TELECOM” LLC provided the required information in full and undertook the responsibility not to repeat such cases.
