The State Service has filed a lawsuit in connection with the provision of services in the railway sector
The State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy has conducted an investigation into the compliance with the requirements of antitrust law in the railway services sector.
As a result of the investigation, a case was filed against Azerbaijan Railways CJSC in accordance with the antitrust law on the lease of wagons (fixed assets), railway transportation, as well as the application of tariffs and discounts.
