Born in Baku in 1992.

In 2012, graduated from Baku State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Cybernetics. In 2014, obtained a Master’s degree in Banking from Queen Mary University of London, United Kingdom, and in 2015, earned a Master’s degree in Economic Regulation from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Began his professional career in 2011 as an Economist at the Scientific and Cultural Centre of the Administration of the Icherisheher State Historical-Architectural Reserve, where he worked until 2013. From 2015 to 2016, served as Lead Advisor at the Economics Department of the Ministry of Education.

From 2016 to 2017, served as Director of TAN LLC. In 2017–2018, worked as an Internal Auditor at the Main Department for Capital Construction and Supply of the Ministry of Education. From 2018 to 2019, served as a State Tax Inspector at the Main Department of Tax Audit of the Ministry of Taxes. From 2019 to 2024, held the positions of Head of Division and Deputy Head of the Main Department at the same institution.

From April 2024 until his subsequent appointment, served as Head of the Main Department for Registration and Accounting of Taxpayers at the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

By Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 10 February 2026, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
