The state standard on methods of analysis of precious metals and their alloys was adopted
In order to check the quality of precious metals and their alloys, the state standard AZS 918:2022 "General requirements for methods of analysis of precious metals and their alloys" was adopted.
"Azerbaijan Standardization Institute" (AZSTAND) subordinate to the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy was approved the above given standard and included it in the State Fund of normative documents on standardization.
This national standard specifies general and safety requirements for methods of analysis of precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, ruthenium and osmium) and precious metal-based alloys, including refined metals.
