The third stage of training for mediators has been completed

The third stage of educational courses on consumer rights protection organized for mediators with the joint partnership of the Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control State Service under the Ministry of Economy, the Academy of Justice of the Ministry of Justice and the Mediation Council has ended. Certificates were presented to 35 mediators who completed the courses.

During the two-day training aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills of mediators, the experts of the State Service provided information on consumer rights protection mechanisms, consumer rights and duties, consumer market control measures, and state control of natural monopolies.

It should be noted that the continuous organization of such trainings serves to apply a systematic approach to the protection of consumer rights, to increase the knowledge and experience of mediators in this field to establish their activities more effectively, and as a result, to reduce the workload of courts.
