As we reported, in order to monitor compliance with the requirements of antitrust law, the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy has filed a lawsuit against several businesses operating in the mobile phone market for failure to submit documents and information required for consumer market research.
As a result, the case against “SOLITON LTD” LLC was considered, relevant instructions were given and financial sanctions were imposed on the business entity. The case against “Integral” CJSC and “ELCORE DISTRIBUTION AZ” LLC was terminated due to the submission of the required documents and information in full.
