A lawsuit has been filed against “Araz Supermarket” LLC for violating antitrust laws
As previously reported, the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy launched an investigation to determine the compliance of advertising information in the media about the supermarket chain "Araz Supermarkets", as the one which best meets the growing demand for food products on the eve of the New Year.
As a result of the investigation carried out by the State Service, in the broadcast of advertisement ““Araz Supermarkets" network was selected as the cheapest market on the eve of the New Year” signs of unfair competition of Araz Supermarket LLC against other market networks have been revealed.
In this regard, a lawsuit was filed against “Araz Supermarket” LLC for violating antitrust laws.
