The State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy, based on the documents submitted by the Ministry of Education, addressed to the General Prosecutor's Office regarding the falsification of documents of state purchases in a number of educational institutions operating under the Ministry of Education.

Thus, more than twenty-five fake letters prepared on behalf of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control and providing for the implementation of the single-source procurement method for the institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Education, as well as the conclusion of contracts as a result of competitions, were submitted by the Ministry of Education to the State Service.

Considering that there are signs of crime in the preparation of fake documents by educational institutions operating under the Ministry of Education, the State Service applied to the General Prosecutor's Office to investigate the matter and provide a legal assessment.
