A meeting was held at the National Assembly’s (Milli Majlis) Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship
On April 1, members of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship met with representatives of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy.
At the meeting information about the work done by the State Service in the fields of antitrust and unfair competition, improvement of legislation on public procurement, quality control, protection of consumer rights were given.
The meeting was held in the atmosphere of mutual exchange of views and issues such as a number of difficulties in the access of products to markets, combating monopolies and artificial price increases, improving tenders in the field of public procurement, etc. were discussed.
