The next stage of consumer awareness courses for mediators organized by the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy, the Justice Academy of the Ministry of Justice and the Mediation Council has ended. Certificates were presented to 30 more mediators who completed the courses.

In the online trainings aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills of mediators, State Service specialists provided information on consumer rights and responsibilities, consumer rights protection mechanisms, consumer market control measures, state control over natural monopolies, quality and safety standards of consumer goods.

It should be noted that the organization of such trainings serves to apply a systematic approach to the protection of consumer rights, increase the knowledge and experience of mediators to build their activities more effectively and, as a result, reduce the workload of courts.
