The State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, along with its associated and subordinate institutions, cooperates with other countries to enhance national legislative documents and international treaties and agreements in which Azerbaijan is a participant, prepare new draft documents in areas such as antitrust, unfair competition, public procurement, advertising, standardization, metrology, technical regulation, conformity assessment, accreditation, quality management, consumer rights protection, and consumer market control, as well as determining the country of origin of goods.
Within the framework of interstate economic cooperation, the State Service maintains connections with numerous countries, including the Russian Federation, the United States, the Republic of Turkey, Ukraine, Austria, Poland, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Turkmenistan, Hungary, the Republic of Georgia, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Moldova, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the UAE, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, Israel, the People’s Republic of China, Serbia, Bosnia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and others.
