Born in Baku in 1973.

In 1991-1996, studied at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, majoring in Economics and Management of Construction.

Began his career in 1995 at "Philip Morris," where he worked until 2000 in various positions in the fields of finance and marketing.

In 2001-2002, worked as Media Manager for Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkmenistan at "Coca-Cola."

In 2003-2021, worked at the Azerbaijan Representative Office of “Imperial Tobacco” as Marketing Manager and later as Head of the Representative Office.

Since 2021, has served as Head of the Consumer Market Control Department at the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy.

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 16, 2022, was appointed Deputy Head of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 12, 2025,  was appointed Chairman of the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Married and has two children.
