Addressing the role of metrological support in business activities, it was emphasized that accurate and reliable measurements are of significant importance for quality control in production processes, determining the technical characteristics of products, ensuring the proper conduct of commercial transactions, reducing risks, optimizing operations and costs, conserving resources, increasing customer satisfaction, and protecting consumer rights.
It was also noted that the proper and timely use of relevant metrological services by entrepreneurs has a positive impact on the efficiency of production processes, on the quality of products and services, and on competitiveness in the market.
At the conclusion of the session, participants’ questions were answered, followed by an exchange of views on practical issues related to metrological support for businesses.
