The meeting highlighted the advantages that the “Certificate of Origin” submodule offers exporters and stressed the importance of submitting applications for certificates confirming the country of origin of goods through the Quality Information System.
An awareness-raising meeting was held at the Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control Agency under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (the Agency) with representatives of business entities engaged in exporting various categories of goods. At the event, detailed information was provided on the “Certificate of Origin” submodule introduced in the e-keyfiyyet.gov.az information system in order to fully digitalise the process of issuing certificates confirming the country of origin of goods, and on its functionality.
During the meeting, a video clip on using the “Certificate of Origin” submodule was shown and the advantages that the module offers exporters were discussed. The importance of submitting applications for certificates confirming the country of origin of goods through the Quality Information System was stressed.
