The amount of the user fee for services provided through the e-keyfiyyet.gov.az information system has been set.

The State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan informs accredited conformity assessment bodies of the following.

The user fee payable by accredited conformity assessment bodies for creating, through the Quality Information System (e-keyfiyyet.gov.az), verification certificates for measuring instruments; calibration certificates for measuring instruments; documents on the results of tests conducted in testing laboratories; records of verification and calibration marks affixed to measuring instruments; opinions of inspection bodies; decisions on the recognition of foreign conformity documents; notices of unfitness of measuring instruments; and certificates of attestation of measurement procedures (methods) has been set.

The amount of the user fee for services provided through the Quality Information System is established by the “Rules on the Amount, Payment and Use of the User Fee for the Quality Information System”, approved by Resolution No. 382 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 9 December 2025.

The Agency recommends that accredited conformity assessment bodies familiarize themselves with the relevant Rules.
