Azerbaijan’s representation on this international platform will contribute to expanding international cooperation in the field of consumer protection and to the study of best practices.
The Republic of Azerbaijan has been elected as a member of the Advisory Group of the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN) for the 2026–2027 term. Azerbaijan’s representation in the Advisory Group will contribute to strengthening cooperation with ICPEN member countries in this field, as well as to ongoing efforts to study and effectively implement international best practices.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan has been a member of ICPEN since 2006 and is represented in the Network by the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Currently, in addition to Azerbaijan, the ICPEN Advisory Group includes Georgia, the Dominican Republic, Canada, Peru, Portugal, the United States, the Netherlands, Poland, Colombia, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia and South Africa.
