As part of the Mentorship Program, the winner’s individual development plan and upcoming activities were discussed.

Elnur Baghirov, Head of the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held a follow-up meeting with Mammad Hasanov, winner of the fifth “Yüksəliş” competition, as part of the Mentorship Program.

The meeting focused on reviewing the activities carried out in line with the objectives established during the previous mentorship session and assessing the outcomes of the individual development plan. The discussions also covered the development of management and leadership skills, strategic thinking, and effective decision-making abilities.

The “Yüksəliş” competition was established by a Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, dated July 26, 2019. Under the Mentorship Program, competition winners participate in a tailored one-year individual development program under the guidance of senior executives.
