Citizens’ inquiries and proposals were heard during the reception, and relevant instructions were issued to investigate the matters raised and take appropriate measures in accordance with the legislation.

Elnur Baghirov, Head of the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held a regular reception for citizens.

The reception was attended by relevant senior officials and addressed inquiries and proposals concerning compliance with competition legislation in the domestic market, as well as matters related to accreditation and conformity assessment. Instructions were issued to the relevant structural units of the State Agency to ensure that the matters raised are addressed promptly and in accordance with applicable legislation.
