The State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control issues the following notice to business entities.

To ensure the uninterrupted provision of services for conducting examinations to determine the country of origin of exported goods and for issuing certificates of origin on the basis of such examinations, the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control (for services provided at the Baku SME House only) and its regional divisions, as well as the Centre for the Examination of Consumer Goods operating under the Agency and its regional divisions, will operate on 3 January 2026, a non-working day.

In addition, on the same date, services for receiving applications for certificates of approval of reference materials and types of measuring instruments, and for issuing such certificates, will also be provided.

Business entities may apply to the relevant bodies on that date to use these services, as on regular working days.
